ETHICAL MANIFESTO AND TERMS OF SERVICE

We operate under a blind and inclusive evaluation: we do not request or process photographs, sex, gender, age, race, or ethnicity. We exclusively measure technical capacity, logic, and software architecture, only allowing the voluntary declaration of disability to adapt the test's accessibility.

KEY PRINCIPLES:

• Exclusive access for final hiring companies: we strictly restrict the use of the platform by temp agencies, placement agencies, or intermediaries.
• Zero tolerance for discrimination: if AO TECH receives a consolidated court complaint for racial or gender discrimination against a user company, its account and service will be permanently terminated without the option to renew.
• Custom modules: we will not develop adaptations, not even for a fee, for entities attempting to bypass these equity rules. Code with a soul is not negotiable.

KITSUNO ENGINE ARCHITECTURE AND COST MODEL

Deep psychological and technical profiling: the evaluation analyzes key identity blocks (Personal, Physical, Moral & Values, Digital, Vocational, and General Identity) broken down into detailed traits through more than 500 cross-referenced questions.

INFRASTRUCTURE AND ADAPTATION:

• Free base engine: The Kitsuno AI engine operates for free on the Google Gemini API infrastructure (Free Tier: 15 requests per minute and 1,500 daily evaluations).
• Custom models: If your company requires operating with another provider or a dedicated AI model, you must assume the direct costs of technical adaptation by AO TECH plus the official fees/quotas applied by the chosen provider at the time of contracting.
• Session persistence: We feature real-time state saving. If the candidate experiences a connection drop, the session resumes at the exact point of interruption.
• Tests in specific languages: Free evaluations measure logical reasoning in pseudocode and architecture. Adaptations to specific programming languages are reserved for advanced modules.

TECHNICAL AND MULTILINGUAL EVOLUTION

We strongly advise companies to encourage their candidates to use AI code generators as a standard work tool to maximize their productivity.

GLOBAL MULTILINGUAL ADAPTATION:

• We recommend moving beyond the classic English certification model and integrating the use of state-of-the-art sound and vision devices (such as Google Pixel Buds Pro with Gemini Live or multi-sensory smart glasses) to maintain fluid conversations in more than 100 AI-powered languages.
